How to Get Started

Sign up for a class

Yoga, Kettlebells, or Special focus classes

Our training sessions all start with a goal or focus and build a smart program to get you there. Drop into a session by putting it on your calendar and showing up. Your coach will do the rest!

Choose your Plan

Drop-in, a few days, or every day

You build the plan that works in your life and budget. Choose the number of days or programs you want to attend. We change programs each quarter but you can join any time and change your plan as needed.

Establish Routine

Write it down, set your alarm and get it done

You'll be much more likely to achieve your goals if you establish a routine, even if it's not perfect week-to-week. Tell your coach when to expect you in class and use the attendance to keep yourself accountable.
